Activity

Sprouting Beans 

Soak 4-5 lima or black beans overnight. Have child fill a plastic zip lock bag with 4-5 wet cotton balls. Drop the beans in the bag. Tape the plastic bag up to a window, making sure the top of the bag is sealed shut as well. Check on the bag each day and see how the bean sprouts!
