Designed by Layton, Hicks & Forsythe, the Neoclassical building was built in 1923 as the Indian Temple Shrine Building. Remodeled in 1947 for the Home State Life Insurance Company. Remodeled in 1952. Remodeled in 1978 when purchased by the Law Journal Record Publishing Company.
