    As I begin writing this blog post, we’ve just had our first snow of winter. On November 12. And despite the fact that I am staunchly Team No-Christmas-decorations-before-Thanksgiving, the weather has me thinking of the winter holidays.

    OKLAHOMA CITY – All libraries in the Metropolitan Library System will close Dec. 24 and 25, in observance of Christmas. Although the physical libraries will be closed, customers can still use the library online, 24/7, at http://www.metrolibrary.org to find their next read, download eBooks, audiobooks, MP3s and digital magazines, or access one of the research databases. MLS libraries will reopen to normal operating hours on Wednesday, Dec. 26.
