Learning for young children can be made easier and a lot more fun at the Capitol Hill Library, 334 SW 26th Street, when the Musical Mom comes to call.
“Rock and Read With the Musical Mom” is a series of programs at Capitol Hill Library on Tuesdays, October 1, November 5, and December 3 at 6:30 p.m. The sessions are designed with babies, toddlers, preschoolers and their families in mind.
School vacation has arrived for kids across the Oklahoma City area, and the Metropolitan Library System aims to keep them reading with summer reading programs.
If only one thing were true about all kids it would be that they love to hear stories. Now the Capitol Hill Library is telling them their favorite tales the way they want to hear them.
The next meeting of Capitol Hill’s Bilingual Story Time will be Tuesday, March 19 from 6:00-7:00p.m. The session is for children ages eight and younger, with parent or caregiver. The library is located at 334 S.W. 26th Street, phone 634-6308.
For a child, there’s no better way to end a busy day than cuddling up in warm jammies to listen to a story.
Now kids near the Midwest City Library, 8143 E. Reno, can enjoy the experience of a before-bed story time on the first Tuesday of every month as the library presents “Pajama Story Night” from 6:30-7:00p.m.
