Things to know about this service:

  1. We will reply within 2 business days. If you need a quicker response, call one of our libraries nearest you.
  2. Unless you direct us otherwise, and if feasible, we will reply by email.
  3. If you have a library card with us provide that number since we may have additional services available to fulfill your request.
  4. If your request involves photocopying:
    1. We will photocopy up to 10 pages for 25¢ per page.
    2. The copies may be held for you at one of our libraries or;
    3. The copies may be mailed to you for an additional $3.00. If you anticipate using this service we need your mailing address.
